At Flying Tiger, our journey began not in a boardroom, but on the factory floor.
Our founder started as a skilled technician in a Taiwanese skate factory, where he spent yearsmastering every aspect of skate manufacturing-cutting, molding, testing, and refining. Whileothers focused on output, he focused on improvement, Even after his shift ended, he would staylate into the night, driven by one thought: “How can / make a skate that feels just right?”
It wasn’t an easy path. There were moments of doubt, failed prototypes, and tough financialdecisions. But fueled by a deep passion for skating and craftsmanship, he took a leap of faith andestablished his own factory in Dongguan, China-laying the foundation for what would become Flying Tiger.
From day one, he refused to compromise on quality. He chose premium materials, hired skilledartisans, and set higher internal standards than the market required. His mission was simple:to build skates that offer both performance and comfort-because skaters deserve both.
